Supports U.S. government exchange program alumni to implement projects advancing Freedom 250 and U.S. policy goals in Uganda.

--- ## Description This opportunity funds innovative projects led by alumni of U.S. government-funded or -sponsored exchange programs that strengthen U.S.-Uganda ties, celebrate America’s 250th anniversary (Freedom 250), and advance current U.S. policy objectives. Projects must demonstrate collaboration among at least two exchange alumni or be led by an alumni association.
