Supports innovative programs to engage U.S. Government (USG) exchange alumni in Kazakhstan, strengthening bilateral ties and promoting U.S. values through sustained outreach and professional engagement.

--- ## Description This funding opportunity seeks proposals for the implementation of an Alumni Engagement and Outreach Program in Kazakhstan. The program aims to recognize and amplify the contributions of USG exchange alumni, highlight U.S. culture and expertise, and foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships between the United States and Kazakhstan. Funded activities should focus on strategic communications, sustained outreach, and professional engagement to reinforce alumni connections, promote shared prosperity, and strengthen long-term bilateral ties. Projects should build on past lessons, foster alumni network growth, and demonstrate the ongoing relevance of U.S. values and expertise across Kazakhstan. --- ## Due Dates - **Application Deadline:** July 24, 2025, 11:59 PM (GMT+5) - Late submissions will not be considered. --- ## Funding Amount - **Award Ceiling:** $100,000 - **Award Floor:** $100,000 - **Expected Number of Awards:** 1 - **Project Duration:** Up to 12 months - **Cost Sharing/Matching:** Not required --- ## Eligibility Eligible applicants include: - USG alumni associations - Nonprofit organizations - Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) - Think tanks - Educational institutions **Note:** For-profit entities are not eligible. Only one nonprofit or NGO may serve as the primary recipient, but subcontracts with other entities are allowed (roles must be clearly defined).
