--- ## Description This funding opportunity, administered by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), aims to support the development or expansion of dementia-capable Community Health Worker (CHW) programs embedded within the National Aging Network. The initiative will fund up to twelve cooperative agreements, each lasting three years, to organizations providing Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). The goal is to enhance the capacity of CHW programs to deliver culturally competent, dementia-specific education, training, and services to people living with dementia and their caregivers of all ages.
