This opportunity funds the development and implementation of dementia-capable home and community-based service (HCBS) systems in Indian Country. The program aims to help tribes and tribal organizations provide culturally competent, strengths-based services and supports for people living with dementia and their caregivers, enabling them to remain independent and safe in their communities.
