This opportunity from the U.S. Mission to Zambia provides funding for a single organization to manage administrative funds for the American Spaces program in Zambia. The grantee will be responsible for disbursing funds to vendors, organizations, and individuals to support programmatic costs, logistics, supplies, and other expenses as directed by the U.S. Embassy’s American Spaces team. Importantly, the grantee will not be involved in the design or delivery of American Spaces programming, but will facilitate financial transactions and regular reporting.
American Spaces are open-access centers in Lusaka and Kitwe that promote learning, dialogue, and engagement on topics including freedom of speech, digital rights, American history, technology, and English language learning. The program aims to strengthen U.S.–Zambian ties and provide accurate information about the United States.
