Description
This funding opportunity, issued by the U.S. Mission to Vietnam's Public Diplomacy Section, seeks proposals to implement workforce development and innovation programs through American Spaces across Vietnam. The program aims to build a pipeline of Vietnamese university students, educators, and early-career professionals (ages 18–40) who are skilled in English and technology, supporting U.S. trade, investment, and innovation partnerships while expanding economic opportunity in Vietnam. Activities should focus on strengthening English proficiency and technology skills—including artificial intelligence, coding, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship—while showcasing American excellence in science, technology, and innovation. The project is expected to operate in at least two American Spaces in Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Ho Chi Minh City, and An Giang.
