The Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) at the U.S. Embassy Tunis invites proposals for projects that advance economic opportunity, innovation, cultural exchange, education, and English language initiatives in Tunisia. This annual program statement (APS) emphasizes strengthening the bilateral relationship as the U.S. commemorates its 250th anniversary and the 230th anniversary of U.S.-Tunisian friendship. Funded projects must include a substantive American component—such as partnership with a U.S. institution, expert, or showcasing American values, culture, or expertise—and should target Tunisian audiences, especially youth, emerging leaders, and alumni of U.S. government programs.
