Description
This opportunity from the U.S. Mission to Mexico funds projects that promote cultural, educational, professional, and exchange programming to strengthen ties and mutual understanding between the United States and Mexico. Programs must include a U.S. cultural element or a connection with U.S. experts, organizations, or institutions, and should promote increased understanding of U.S. policies and perspectives. Priority is given to projects that address shared values, foster bilateral cooperation, and encourage collaboration among U.S. government program alumni.
Key thematic areas include: showcasing American innovation and shared values (Freedom 250), countering adversarial influence, dismantling cartels and combatting fentanyl, highlighting the U.S. as a partner of choice, and advancing trade and workforce development in high-tech sectors. Proposals should be innovative, impactful, and align with these strategic themes.
