Description
This preceptorship offers senior level residents the opportunity for personalized, one-on-one training in basic fracture management with a practicing traumatologist at an AO North America center or with an AO NA member. The program is structured to provide in-depth study and hands-on clinical experience, enhancing the participant’s general fracture care knowledge and skills through direct mentorship and exposure to real clinical cases. The preceptorship is intended for individual residents, not as a rotation for entire residency programs.
