--- ## Description The Glaser Progress Foundation offers grants to support established, U.S.-based nonprofit organizations with a national focus and a strong record of achievement. Grants are awarded in two primary program areas: Measuring Progress (projects that redefine and advance how progress is measured in society) and Independent Media (initiatives that strengthen independent journalism and diverse media voices). The Foundation seeks to foster positive social change and innovation aligned with its mission to build a more just, sustainable, and humane world. The Foundation does **not** accept unsolicited proposals for its Global Health & Climate Change or Animal Advocacy program areas. --- ## Due Dates - Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. - The review process, from application submission to board decision, typically takes about six months. --- ## Funding Amount - Grant amounts are not strictly specified and vary depending on the project scope. - The Foundation generally supports projects with the potential for significant national impact, led by organizations with a proven track record of success and leadership. --- ## Eligibility - Only U.S.-based nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations certified under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code are eligible. - The Foundation prioritizes established organizations with: - A national focus - Strong history of success - Recognized leadership within their field - Grants will **not** be awarded to: - Influence legislation - Support candidates for political office - Individuals or organizations without 501(c)(3) status - No unsolicited proposals are accepted for Global Health & Climate Change or Animal Advocacy. --- ## Application Process 1. **Submit an Application Letter** via one of the following methods: - **Email:** Send to [grants@glaserprogress.org](mailto:grants@glaserprogress.org).
