Description
This opportunity seeks a qualified investigator (or team) to conduct research and long-term monitoring of aquatic fauna and primary production in the Florida Everglades, supporting the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP). The project aims to gather critical data to assess ecological responses to restoration efforts, inform adaptive management, and contribute to scientific understanding of wetland ecosystem dynamics. The work will be conducted under a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District, and will require substantial collaboration with USACE scientists and participation in RECOVER program activities.
