The Arab Documentary Photography Program (ADPP) is designed to support creative documentary photographers in the Arab region, fostering innovative approaches to visual storytelling and amplifying critical, socially engaged local narratives. Launched in partnership by the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC), the Prince Claus Fund, and the Magnum Foundation, the program offers selected grantees mentorship, resources, and the opportunity to attend specialized workshops. Projects may utilize classic or experimental documentary styles, and can incorporate audio and video elements. The ADPP aims to nurture free expression and elevate the level of documentary photography across the Arab world.
