The ARI-APOA Research Fellowship, jointly presented by the AO Foundation, AO Research Institute Davos (ARI), and the Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association (APOA), is a competitive, two-week research immersion program held in September 2027 at ARI in Davos, Switzerland. The fellowship is designed for early-career surgeons and clinician-scientists with a strong interest in orthopedic trauma care and musculoskeletal research. Fellows will collaborate with leading experts, participate in a structured curriculum (including musculoskeletal regeneration, infection, preclinical services, and biomedical development), and build a global professional network. The program aims to deepen participants’ understanding of translational research and trauma care, refine their research ideas, and foster international collaboration.
