    Description

    The Art Bridges Fellows Program is designed to develop inclusive leadership within museums by supporting a national cohort of emerging arts professionals and mentors, particularly from historically underrepresented groups. Fellows are placed at partner museums for three-year appointments, where they participate in major Art Bridges initiatives, receive ongoing professional development, and engage in a supportive professional network. The program includes annual gatherings, a monthlong residency, and orientation in Bentonville, Arkansas.
