The Arts Organizations and Arts Programs (AOAP) grant program provides flexible funding to eligible Pennsylvania arts organizations and programs with a proven track record of at least two years of consistent arts programming and average annual revenue exceeding $200,000. Funds may be used for a variety of purposes, including operating costs, programming, or specific project expenses. The program is designed to strengthen the arts sector statewide by supporting ongoing activities and organizational operations. Only organizations that have successfully completed the Entry Track and have been approved to transition to AOAP are eligible.
Note: The AOAP program will be discontinued after Fiscal Year 2026–2027 as the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts shifts to new funding opportunities.
