The Advancing Pedology Award, administered by the Soil Science Society of America (SSSA), honors individuals who have made significant, recent contributions to the field of pedology. Recipients are expected to give a presentation at the Advancing Pedology Colloquium during the ASA-CSSA-SSSA International Annual Meeting.
