--- ## Description The Aspektus+ Regional Funding Program is a four-year initiative by the European Commission aimed at strengthening rural civil society organizations (CSOs) in Hungary. The program is structured into two sub-programs: "Hatókör," which targets established, independent CSOs outside of Budapest, and "Helyben ható," which focuses on supporting CSOs in four key Hungarian regions (South Trans-Danubia, South Plains, North Plains, North Hungary). The program offers both financial and professional support to help CSOs become more stable, independent, and active in promoting democracy and community building at the local level.
