--- ## Description The Aspektus+ Regional Funding Program is a four-year capacity building initiative aimed at strengthening rural non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Hungary. The program is divided into two sub-programs: - **Hatókör:** Targets established, independent civil society organizations (CSOs) across Hungary (excluding Budapest) to support their organizational development and enhance their role as democratic actors. - **Helyben ható:** Focuses on CSOs operating in four specific regions (South Trans-Danubia, South Plains, North Plains, North Hungary), aiming to foster local community building and capacity development.
