Description
Enterprise Community Partners seeks qualified consultants to participate in a legislatively mandated assessment of California’s Office of Migrant Services (OMS) housing program. The primary goal is to evaluate the feasibility, costs, and impacts of converting OMS’s 24 seasonal farmworker housing centers into year-round operations. The project requires expertise in housing rehabilitation, building systems, cost estimation, infrastructure, financial analysis, legal analysis, renovation sequencing, and impact mitigation.
Consultants may apply for one or more specialized tasks, including technical, financial, and legal evaluations. The assessment will inform recommendations for capital upgrades, operational changes, and strategies to support resident families and the state’s agricultural workforce.
