Summary: Supports collaborative research between Australian and Vietnamese organisations in renewable technologies, blue economy, and waste management.
This program funds collaborative research projects that strengthen science, technology, and innovation partnerships between Australia and Vietnam. Projects must focus on one of three priority areas: new and renewable technologies, a sustainable blue economy, or recycling and waste management. The initiative aims to build long-lasting bilateral linkages, promote knowledge exchange, and support diversity, inclusion, and skills development. Each country manages its own funding, with the Australian Academy of Science administering the Australian side and the Vietnamese Ministry of Science and Technology managing the Vietnamese side.
