    Description

    The AWF-Wall Youth Leadership Program, led by the African Wildlife Foundation, is a fully funded nine-month fellowship aimed at empowering young African professionals in conservation and environmental governance. The program consists of two tracks: the Policy Fellowship, which focuses on international biodiversity governance and policy negotiation, and the Leadership and Management Fellowship, which develops transformational leadership and organizational management skills. Fellows participate in workshops (virtual and in-person), mentorship, policy brief writing, networking, and placements with conservation organizations. The program is designed to build a new generation of African conservation leaders with practical skills and a strong professional network.
