The Policy Fellowship offers hands-on training in international biodiversity governance, focusing on policy formulation, negotiation, participation in global conventions, and the publication of policy briefs. The Leadership and Management Fellowship emphasizes transformational leadership and management skills, innovation mentorship, and practical placements with established conservation leaders. Both fellowships provide tailored training, personalized coaching, professional networking, and opportunities to participate in high-level conferences, aiming to build a vibrant community of young professionals shaping Africa’s conservation future.
