The Baltimore Health Equity Impact Grants, administered by the Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute (UHI), aim to stimulate and advance meaningful collaborations between Johns Hopkins University (JHU) faculty or students and Baltimore-based community organizations. The program funds research and program development projects that demonstrate strong potential to address health disparities, promote health equity, and improve the well-being of Baltimore City residents. Projects must be community-engaged and show sustainable impact.
