Description
This program aims to develop and implement infrastructure supporting programs that divert adults and/or youth with a mental illness or a co-occurring substance use disorder from entering the criminal and/or juvenile justice systems before arrest and booking. The initiative focuses on early intervention to prevent involvement with the justice system by connecting individuals to behavioral health services and supports.
