    Description

    The Behavioral Health Promotion Community Grants, part of North Dakota’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), fund evidence-based, collaborative projects to proactively promote mental health, prevent suicide, and prevent substance use/misuse among rural and tribal communities in North Dakota.
