Description
This grant opportunity from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) under the FY25 Second Chance Act Community-based Reentry Program aims to fund organizations and federally recognized tribal governments that provide comprehensive reentry services to individuals who have been incarcerated. The program focuses on both pre-release and post-release phases:
- Prior to release, individuals are screened, assessed, and identified for participation.
