Description
This call supports community-led initiatives in the Atlantic and Arctic regions to drive innovation and uptake for restoring and protecting marine and freshwater ecosystems. The program aims to mobilize regional and local communities, engaging them in efforts that contribute to the EU’s Mission Ocean and Waters objectives: ecosystem restoration, pollution prevention, and advancing a sustainable blue economy. Projects must demonstrate long-term impact and sustainability, with a focus on collective, transformative solutions. Eligible applicants include consortia of public authorities, NGOs, businesses, educational organizations, and research institutions.
