Description
This scholarship provides $5,000 to an occupational therapist doctoral candidate conducting research in adult mental health and serious mental illness. The goal is to empower emerging OT scientists to advance their degrees while increasing the visibility and impact of occupational therapy in mental health. Preference is given to research addressing treatment, rehabilitation, prevention, or wellness for chronic mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, psychosis, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and other personality disorders.
