--- ## Description This program, administered by the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA), provides discretionary grants to support projects that: - Train personnel in the use of braille for vocational rehabilitation (VR) or educational services to youth and adults who are blind, - Develop braille training materials, - Create methods for teaching braille, and - Promote the knowledge and use of braille and nonvisual access technology.
