This funding opportunity from UN Women seeks proposals from Nepal-based civil society organizations (CSOs) or non-profit agencies, in consortium with a national conflict victim women’s organization, to implement a project advancing justice, peace, and social cohesion in Nepal. The initiative focuses on strengthening the leadership, collective voice, and advocacy of conflict-affected women to engage meaningfully in Nepal’s victim-centered transitional justice process. The program also aims to bridge generations and foster civic dialogue through mutual learning, contributing to social cohesion, non-recurrence of conflict, and sustainable peace.

The project will operate at both national and sub-national levels, supporting survivor-led organizations, building advocacy and leadership capacities, and creating opportunities for intergenerational and civic engagement. Activities include capacity building, policy dialogue, media engagement, and intergenerational events, all with a strong emphasis on inclusion, gender equality, and survivor-centered approaches.
