This program aims to mobilize and connect community resources to increase access to long-term recovery support for individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring substance use and mental disorders (COD). Funding is provided to Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) to strengthen the community recovery infrastructure, promote peer support, and improve outcomes for those in or seeking recovery.
