    This opportunity, offered by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science through its Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR), funds collaborative research partnerships between academic institutions in eligible EPSCoR jurisdictions and DOE National Laboratories.
