Summary: Supports partnerships to strengthen Indonesia's public health systems and capacity in key areas to advance global health security.
This opportunity aims to foster partnerships between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Indonesian Ministry of Health (MOH) to advance global health security. The program seeks projects that will strengthen Indonesia's capacity to prevent, detect, and respond to public health threats, focusing on five core areas: real-time surveillance and reporting, laboratory systems, workforce development, emergency management and response, and health system strengthening and service delivery. Projects should build upon the existing public health infrastructure and previous CDC initiatives, align with Indonesia's strategic plans, address recommendations from the Joint External Evaluation 2023, and incorporate robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
