Description
The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS), part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, offers this invited cooperative agreement through its Statistical Support Program. The program provides statistical and methodological support for existing and new BJS data collections.
BJS collects, analyzes, publishes, and disseminates information on policing, prosecution, courts, institutional corrections, community supervision, and victimization. This program is intended to expand BJS’s capacity to collect, analyze, and report criminal justice data across a broader range of substantive issues.
