--- ## Description This grant supports transnational projects that facilitate effective and non-discriminatory access to justice for all within the European Union, including through electronic means (e-Justice). The program aims to promote efficient civil and criminal procedures, uphold the rights of all victims of crime, and strengthen the procedural rights of suspects and accused persons in criminal proceedings. The call covers two main priorities: - **E-Justice**: Projects developing or implementing digital and innovative tools, approaches, or cooperation mechanisms to improve access to justice and judicial processes. - **Victims’ Rights and Procedural Rights**: Projects advancing the rights and support of victims of crime, as well as procedural protections for suspects and accused persons.
