This grant aims to strengthen the capacity and resilience of regional grassroots civil society organizations (CSOs) in Lithuania to protect and promote EU values. The program consists of two stages: first, selected CSOs participate in the comprehensive NGO Leaders’ Academy capacity-building program; second, graduates of the Academy can apply for project grants to implement initiatives supporting EU values. The initiative focuses on empowering CSOs to better integrate and advocate for EU values, enhance policy influence, and improve operational effectiveness and accountability.
