--- ## Description This grant, under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme (CERV), funds town twinning projects that bring together citizens from different European municipalities to promote intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and a shared sense of European belonging. Projects should foster awareness of Europe's cultural and linguistic diversity, encourage civic participation, and reflect on common values, democracy, and fundamental rights. Priority themes include European solidarity, countering euroscepticism, strengthening the European integration process, and responding to current challenges such as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
