The Early Career Fellowship scheme at CRASSH (Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities) offers Cambridge University Teaching Officers (UTOs) and College Teaching Officers (CTOs) an additional term of research leave. The fellowship is designed to enable early career scholars to develop or launch a research project while being released from teaching, examining, and administrative duties for one term. Fellows become part of the vibrant, interdisciplinary CRASSH community, participating in weekly research seminars, leading one seminar, and engaging in broader CRASSH activities to foster collaboration and innovation across the arts, humanities, and social sciences.
