Campus Action Planning (CAP) is a national initiative led by Campus Compact to help higher education institutions make civic and community engagement a central part of their mission, policies, and practices. CAP offers a comprehensive, adaptive framework for aligning campus resources, building collaborations, and advancing equity and public purpose through teaching, scholarship, and institutional change. The initiative provides convenings, learning communities, technical support, and a structured Innovation Cohort for selected campus-community teams, supporting the development and implementation of Campus Action Plans.
