The Cannabis Program is designed to foster the development of an equitable and environmentally compliant cannabis industry in California. Funded by the Keith Campbell Foundation for the Environment, this program supports projects that assist with the implementation of Proposition 64, focusing on technical assistance for cultivators, best practices for cultivation, research on industry impacts, and policy guidance.
