--- ## Description The CCS High School Chemical Safety Grant provides funding for middle and high school science teachers to enhance chemical safety in secondary education. The grant encourages projects such as integrating chemical safety principles into curricula, advocating for and implementing safe chemical practices, and improving laboratory safety infrastructure. Funding may be used for professional development, personal protective equipment, safety workshops, Chemical Hygiene Officer training, inventory management programs, hiring safety consultants, and covering substitute teacher pay.
