Description
This grant program is designed to revitalize rural Kansas communities (population 5,000 or less) by funding tangible, high-impact projects that enhance quality of life. Eligible projects must fall within one of four categories: community vibrancy, childcare and senior programming, food retail, or libraries. The program aims to empower small towns and eligible organizations to implement permanent improvements that foster economic growth, community engagement, and access to essential services.
