Description
This program aims to establish a National Center of Excellence focused on protected health information as it relates to behavioral health. The Center will develop and disseminate training, technical assistance, and educational resources for healthcare practitioners, families, individuals, states, and communities. The emphasis is on understanding and applying federal privacy statutes and regulations concerning behavioral health data, improving compliance and best practices nationwide.
