Description
The Center for Training Excellence Program (CTX) FY27, administered by the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE), funds Ohio Technical Centers (OTCs) to provide customized training and business consultation services. The program is designed to strengthen workforce development and align technical education with the needs of Ohio’s evolving economy, with a focus on industries identified in Ohio’s in-demand jobs list, emerging regional fields, and local businesses. Funding is contingent on a dollar-for-dollar local match and requires OTCs to establish at least one business contract during the award period.
