The RAND Center on AI, Security, and Technology Fellowship is designed to cultivate future policy analysts and implementors working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, security, and technology policy. Fellows engage in research within key areas such as AI security, technology policy and governance, and biosecurity, benefiting from mentorship by RAND policy experts. The fellowship offers opportunities to contribute to both independent and client-sponsored research, supporting professional growth in technology and security policy. Fellows may be based in the U.S. (preferred locations: Washington DC, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, or remote) or the U.K., and the program welcomes candidates from undergraduate through mid-career levels.
