Description
This opportunity supports the creation of a single center for independent living (CIL) in Guam. The center will provide, expand, and enhance independent living services for individuals with disabilities, supporting the broader network of CILs. Required core services include information and referral, independent living skills training, peer counseling, individual and systems advocacy, and services to facilitate transitions from institutions to community living (including youth transition support and diversion from institutionalization).
