This grant supports the improvement and advancement of existing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) across the United States. The program aims to help CCBHCs sustain and expand their capacity to provide coordinated, evidence-based outpatient behavioral health services, including crisis intervention, for individuals of all ages who are at risk for or experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders. The initiative is designed to enhance access, improve care coordination, and close service gaps within communities.
