UN Women Moldova seeks to engage civil society organizations to implement targeted interventions that strengthen the employability and economic participation of women from vulnerable groups in the regions of Cahul, Stefan Voda, and UTA Gagauzia. The program focuses on delivering training, coaching, mentorship, and referrals to existing skilling and re-skilling opportunities, with the goal of advancing women’s preparedness for labor market engagement and fostering gender awareness among public and private stakeholders. Innovative approaches to both formal and informal education are encouraged, especially those that build soft skills and support community-level impact. The interventions are expected to be time-bound, results-oriented, and demonstrate clear outcomes in gender equality and institutional capacity.
