--- ## Description This opportunity aims to address the challenges posed by Iraqis returning from northeast Syria (NES)—many of whom may have been exposed to or subscribe to ISIS ideology, including children and adolescents from displaced persons camps. The grant supports projects that assist administrators at Al Amal Rehabilitation Center, community service providers, and Government of Iraq personnel in developing the skills and techniques needed to identify, prevent, and counter ISIS ideology among returnees.
