This program provides funding to state workforce agencies (or agencies designated by governors as Cooperating State Agencies) to support the administration and delivery of Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Program services. The TAA Program assists workers who have lost jobs or had hours reduced as a result of foreign trade impacts, providing them with training, employment and case management services, job search and relocation allowances, and related state administrative support. For Fiscal Year 2026, funds are awarded based on demonstrated need through a request process, with updated application requirements and deadlines.
