This funding opportunity supports comprehensive, multi-year projects aimed at combating all forms of child trafficking as part of a Child Protection Compact (CPC) partnership between the United States and a recipient country proposed by the applicant. The CPC is a bilateral framework that seeks to strengthen the capacity to prosecute and convict child traffickers, provide care and support for child victims, and prevent child trafficking in all its forms. Projects should be designed to foster collaboration between the U.S. and partner governments, civil society, and other stakeholders to address child trafficking holistically.
