Description
This funding opportunity from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) aims to support the Children, Youth, and Families At-Risk Professional Development and Technical Assistance Program (CYFAR-PDTA). The program marshals the resources of the Land-grant and Cooperative Extension Systems, in collaboration with other organizations, to develop and deliver educational programs for youth at risk of not meeting basic human needs. The funded project will provide professional development and technical assistance to CYFAR Supportable Community Projects (SCPs), enhancing their ability to serve underserved and underrepresented children, youth, and families. The program emphasizes building capacity, competency, and connections to develop and sustain holistic, community-based programs that foster positive youth development and family well-being.
